Here, your horse s health and safety is our first priority. We have many years experience caring for our personal horses as well as clients. Board is limited to ensure a quiet, private atmosphere. <p><b><font face="Comic Sans MS" font size="3" font color="#00ff00">Services Provided to all Boarders</b></font> <li> Stalls thoroughly cleaned daily <li> 10' x 12' box stall with window, bedded with premium shavings <li> Full-day group turn out in grass paddocks with compatable herd-mates <li> Clean, fresh water, with heated troughs and stall buckets available in winter months <li> Hay and grain fed twice daily <li> Scheduled deworming <li> Routine hoof trims <li> Holding for vet/farrier <li> Secure  Boarders Only room with extra-large tack lockers and private change area <li> Use of all facilities <li> Additional services may be arranged on an individual basis </ul> <p><b><font face="Comic Sans MS" font size="3" font color="#00ff00">Facilities</b></font> <br>We have a great, quiet location that is easily accessible from Peterborough, Oshawa, Port Perry and within an hours drive of Toronto. Our stable is well lit, ventilated, clean and well maintained. We have a 80' x 120' outdoor sand ring, a 72' x 200' indoor arena, full set of jumps as well as miles of trails in the nearby conservation area for your enjoyment. There is a secure tack room with lockers for boarders and a separate tack room for lesson students. Overlooking the indoor arena is a heated viewing room. Paddocks are vinyl fenced with large 3-sided run in shelters. The owners live on-site, so knowledgeable, friendly staff are always nearby. <br><br><p><b>Indoor Board: $430.00/month (All taxes included.)</b> <br>Late payment of board (7 days) will result in a $50.00 fee. <p>*Please note: We do not offer pasture/outdoor board.
